Use your individual Northrend admin account.
Alerts work while this dashboard stays open. Email notifications are not connected. Approving queues a server whitelist update when the player’s Platform User ID is present. Check the access status on each application. File updated means the transfer was verified; the player should test joining. Contact players separately on Discord.
Player access & bans
Available to Admins and the Owner. Use the exact Platform User ID. Removal affects the whitelist; banning blocks the ID and removes its whitelist entry where safe. These file changes do not send an immediate kick command.
Unbanning does not add whitelist access. Removing the final whitelist entry is blocked to prevent opening the server. Server admin IDs are protected.
Server backups
Saved on the game server in northrend-backups. World backups include world saves and configuration; full backups include the installation and mods. Backup folders are excluded.
Each verified backup is kept for at least 14 days. A new verified backup may replace the oldest utility-created backup of the same type older than 14 days. Existing Host Havoc backups are untouched. If files change during collection, the backup stops rather than reporting an inconsistent copy as complete.

Create one invitation per person. Each private link expires after 24 hours and can be used once to choose a username and password.
Viewers can view and accept applications. Admins can also manage applications, player access, bans and backups. Only you can invite, view, change roles, remove website users, or inspect the detailed activity ledger.

Detailed admin activity
Records administrative changes without storing passwords, invitation tokens, or session cookies. Other staff roles cannot access this ledger.
