How your application is used

Your player name, Discord username, application answers, optional Platform User ID, and optional time zone are stored privately using Cloudflare to review your application and contact you about joining Northrend. When approved, your Platform User ID is processed by our private GitHub automation and stored on the game server to manage access. Your application answers are not sent to GitHub. They are not published on this site or used for marketing.

Only authorized Northrend administrators can access applications. To request removal, contact the Northrend admin who replies to you on Discord. A temporary, hashed network identifier is used to limit repeated submissions.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks your browser to help prevent spam. Cloudflare privacy policy
